DO I NEED AN APOSTILLE?
The purpose of an apostille is so that your document can be recognized in foreign countries for legal purposes.
You will need an apostille of a foreign entity requires you to authenticate the seals and signatures of your documents. For example, if you would liek to sell any real estate and personal properties then your power of attorney will need an apostille. More common examples of a needed apostille is when obtaining a dual citizenship or getting married in a foreign country.
